KYB, the world's largest producer of OE shock absorbers, has continued to strengthen its relationship with Toyota by supplying shocks as original equipment (OE) for the second generation Yaris.

KYB's world class front and rear shock absorbers will be fitted on the new Yaris, ensuring high levels of road grip, handling, performance and safety. KYB shock absorbers are carefully designed to soften impact and absorb vibrations to improve driver and passenger comfort.

Built at Toyota's plant in Valencienne, France, the new Yaris will be launched in January 2006.

Globally, KYB supplies numerous original equipment vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) including Audi-VW Group, Daimler-Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Mitsubishi, Nissan, PSA Peugeot Citro?n and Renault.

In addition to shock absorbers, KYB also supplies a number of automotive components for the aftermarket including coil springs, suspension mounting kits and protection kits.
